    Privacy

    Effective 24 September 2026

This site is run by Dataloft Inc, San Francisco, California. This notice says what we collect and why.

    What we collect

If you send a capacity request, we collect your work email, the number of GPUs you need and your timeframe. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including your IP address and browser type, for security.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

    Why

To answer your request and, if you ask us to, to discuss a project with you. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing you have not asked for.

    Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered through our form provider and stored in our email and CRM systems. We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.

    How long

We keep requests for as long as we are in contact with you about them, and for up to two years after that. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

    Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email sales@dataloft.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete, which you can exercise at the same address. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
